What Is Google PageRank?

I'm still not good in terms of this  What Is Google Page Rank?, but I am trying to find the meaning of Google Page Rank and I get a lot of info from them, I became more aware of the definition of Google Page Rank. Conditions and criteria of Google Page Rank is a web / blog that has many and good links.

PageRank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using its vast link structure as an indicator of an individual page’s value. What Is Google Page Rank?
I understand Google's Page Rank is a website / blog that has lots of links and networks that led to a website or blog, so more and more links to the web or blog is able to increase Google Page Rank. Provided that the link quality as well.
Google Page Rank is Crucial, because it is one of the factors that determine the position of a web page on a search result. It is not the only way that Google used to determine the position, but the Google Page Rank is an important factor.
